Thursday 13- August 30th- 13 Hedgehogs in Our Home

These are 13 Hedgehogs in Our House (there are 19 more)

Zamora- Chocolate Chip daughter of Moonglow

Wymea- came from my girlfriend in Colorado

Varina- Her owner died and she came back to me (why is this underlining)

Wicked- Very white pinto hedgie who love to swim

Sangria- She lost her eye on a piece of shavings. Big, bloody mess. But she sure is cute.

Tuluki- very nice male we recently got from Texas

Saranac- Very fruitful male. He looks like a siamese cat.

Sitka- from Atlantis Hedgehogs. Named for a city in Alaska.

Owego- Very friendly guy who likes to jump out of the cage and in with the girls.

Lorian- baby picture. She is Savonnah’s mom.

Turniphead- named for the baby on “LOST.”

Geisha- Sweet little pinto gal. Her brother is Snowphish

Cha-Cha- She is pale apricot but you can barely tell. Shortly after the picture was was taken, she pee’d all over the piano.

Ima Hogg- a baby named by Michelle

Oh my gosh, they are soo cute! I love the sweetie with one eye as I have a soft spot for one eyed creatures. My pug, Lola, has one eye.

I can never let my 4 year old see this. I have already made the mistake of letting her visit your other blog and she fell in love with them all.

Now those hogs are cute!! I love Ima a Hog-that is an awesome name-good job Michelle. The LOST reference is hilarious. We love LOST-but what is the deal nothing ever happens??? I think it will all be a dream at the end,and they will wake up and be landing.
Anyway, love the critters-thanks for sharing.

I’m curious as to the type of pet they are, as well. Are they similar to guinea pigs or rabbits? Very cute!

I remember one of my favorite things when I was small was a hedgehog doll my German aunt had given me for Christmas one year. Sadly somewhere along the route my life has taken, he vanished. Since then I’ve always wanted one for a pet. Yours are adorable.

    Have a happy.

Nicole! They are just about the cutest things I have ever seen! My godson’s nursery is a hedgehog theme so we are totally into them on this end as well. You must address the questions about what kind of pets they make! I would love to know.

They’re adorable. I like Wicked, the swimmer! I just checked out your website, Hedgehogs in Space. Didn’t know you are breeders. What a cool way to put yourselves through grad school!

My husband had a pigmy hedgehog named Peanut before I knew him. I’ve never known a hedgehog. Do they get along with cats?
